Samsung PS42C450 Review
Seeing as I have now owned my Samsung PS42C450 for a few months, I thought it would be an idea to share my opinions on this TV with others who might be considering it.
When I was looking around for televisions to replace my main TV, my friend recommended the Samsung PS42C450 which at that time had just been released. I was a little skeptical but looking around on the internet I found a great price on amazon and thought that I would give it a go.
Fortunately, the television was very easy to set up and I had it out the box and working in no time thanks to the built in Freeview tuner. When I first turned it on, I didn’t have high hopes for the picture because of the price I paid, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! The picture was incredible and was very sharp with really clearly defined colours.
Some of the extra features in the TV are also very useful. For example the ambient light sensor is amazing and will dim the brightness of the screen with the lights of the room. Having said this, if you are looking for a whole range of features such as email and weather then perhaps this is not the right TV for you.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a decent price TV which has a great picture but without all the bells and whistles then the Samsung PS42C450 might be the television for you.
